We are shipping coffee beans from the port of Surabaya (Tanjung Perak, ID SUB), Indonesia. Trucking containers from our Warehouse to port takes 12 hours. By car, it takes only 3 hours, but the truck drives slower and subject to traffic at the port. Departure time to destination is every Friday, Saturday and Thursday, CY Closing is Monday, Wednesday and Friday accordingly.

We sell our coffee beans on a FOB or CIF basis, we are happy to help you to recommend a good shipping line. Transshipment of containers is usually done via Singapore or Port Klang, Malaysia.
We only accept TT (Telegraph transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) payments. TT and L/C will be directed to our company account in Indonesia. We use Bank Central Asia (BCA) with the Swift code CENAIDJA. Due to L/C fee, We do not accept L/C for the volume of fewer than 1 containers of Coffee Beans. Western Union, Cryptocurrency, and others not bankable payments are not accepted. Payment should be done in USD.
Payment terms are 30% down payment. After receiving this payment we start the packing of coffee green beans into jute bags. To load a 1×20” feet container we need 3 working days. Staffing container with coffee beans takes 2-3 hours.
After the container with coffee beans is shipped we prepare shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Certificate of origin, invoice, packing list. It takes 3-5 days to prepare all the documents. Right after that, we send you a photocopy of B/L and COO. Now is your turn to transfer us the rest of 70% of the payment. After we receive payment we will send you original documents via DHL or just a telex release.
We pay a lot of attention to produce coffee beans. Every production batch is tested separately. To test coffee beans’ quality we use a coffee laboratory of the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Institute. It is an independent laboratory that tests our products on physical characteristics, tasting notes, and scores.
We are happy to see your representatives in our coffee bean warehouse in Indonesia. You can come at any time to monitor the production process and stuffing of the container. Please come to our warehouse to check the quality or you hire an independent surveyor who will do it for you.
Yes, please come and visit our coffee beans plantation in Pasuruan, Indonesia. Let us know the date and time of your arrival and we will pick up you at the airport in Surabaya / Malang. We send you our car to bring you and show you our production process. It takes about 2 hours to drive from the airport to our process center. We can also help to arrange your accommodation in Surabaya / Malang.
Most of our first-time wholesale buyers come and visit our process center for the first time buy. You need to see the production process, our staff, packing and stuffing of container.
We can provide a free sample of coffee green beans for 1 Kg per type of green beans. We will provide a spec sheet for the sample requested along with the beans. You will only need to pay for shipping and will be done using DHL. The samples above 5 Kg will be subject to additional cost for phytosanitary certification.
